Sales Training / Motivational Sales Training Seminars / Webinars

How is your sales training different from other programs?

Sales training programs typically teaches salespeople to ask the wrong questions. What motivational sales training seminars and Sales Management Training should teach is how to ask "do" based questions. Find out how prospects "do what they do" and fulfill their needs accordingly. I teach this cold calling method in my sales training programs, business coaching programs, webinars, books and engagements as a public speaker and keynote speaker.

It's hard selling something to someone without knowing how they're going to use it. That's the concept behind "do" based questions, a highly-effective cold calling technique covered in my:

        • Motivational sales training seminars
        • Sales management training programs
        • Business coaching programs
        • Public speaker presentation
        • Keynote speaker presentations

Instead of teaching theory, my motivational sales training seminars reduce the sales process to core components in my sales management training programs, business coaching programs, and in my presentations as a public speaker and keynote speaker. Logic closes a sale, especially when cold calling. As I teach in my sales training programs, the more information gathered from your prospect, the more strategically-targeted information you can provide to them.

After completing motivational sales training seminars, you don't want to realize that what you've "learned" isn't practical. That's never the case with my pragmatic sales training programs, whether learning in one of my sales management training classes, during one of my webinars, or from one of my 50 books.

Can I hire you as a motivational speaker for my sales team?

Motivational speakers should inspire audiences, which I've been doing for over 30 years. As a keynote motivational speaker, I cover concepts from my motivational sales training seminars, motivational books, motivational speaking books and webinars. And as a public speaker motivationally inspiring salespeople for more than three decades, I can inspire your sales team too.

So when it comes to motivational speakers, I'm different than most a speaker motivationally inspiring your sales team to motivate themselves. My motivational sales training seminars are "Guides for Success" to be tailored to individual needs. I apply the same philosophy when in the role of a speaker motivationally inspiring others toward success, a concept reflected in my motivational books, motivational speaking books and webinars. And the response from audiences makes other motivational speakers take note.

The success of motivational speakers is gauged by the success of their audiences. I've seen that success materialize in thousands of audiences to whom I've presented my motivational sales training seminars or served as keynote motivational speaker. As a public speaker motivationally inspiring others, I've seen salespeople who had reached their plateau reinvent themselves beyond the status quo.

Are your sales training programs appropriate for any skill level?

Sales training programs should be appropriate for any skill level, and my motivational sales training seminars, as well as management training programs, are no exception. There are four components that every salesperson needs, some of which are more developed than others depending on experience. From cold calling to closing techniques, professional sales teams can benefit from my seminars and webinars.

My motivational sales training seminars and webinars can help, from cold calling tips that generate a 75 percent response rate to innovative closing techniques that seal the deal. These same topics are covered my management training programs as well.

As I've learned from 30 years of conducting sales training programs, a salesperson with several years of experience may do cold calling with ease, having no problem getting their foot in the door. However, the same salesperson may have trouble closing the deal because their presentation is lacking in closing techniques. My motivational sales training seminars close this gap, and management training shows managers how to reinforce these skills.

Not all professional sales training programs, or management training programs, are appropriate for any skill level. Mine are, which is why any sales team can benefit from the motivational sales training seminars I've been developing over the past three decades.

What is motivational sales training?

Motivational sales training inspires salespeople to motivate themselves – at least that's what motivation sales training seminars should be. Yet, most motivational training programs teach only theory. I teach practicality in my motivational coaching training, business coaching, sales management programs and webinars – like leadership, effective cold calling and closing sales techniques.

For motivational sales training seminars to work, sales management must participate in motivation sales training seminars so they too can be inspired to push their team to excel. As I teach in my motivational coaching training, webinars and other programs, the status quo is your number one competition. Salespeople are only as good as they're willing to push themselves with effective cold calling and closing sales techniques, which they can learn through motivational training.

After three decades of developing motivational sales training seminars, my focus in motivational training has evolved into "do" based sales:

  • Asking prospects how they "do what they do"
  • Creating a conversational interaction that lends itself to "storytelling"
  • Showing prospects how they can "do" better with your product or service

I cover this "do" based approach including cold calling and closing sales techniques in my motivation sales training seminars, motivational coaching training, sales management programs and webinars.

Salespeople can develop leadership through motivation sales training seminars, not only to motivate prospects to buy, but also to motivate themselves to try. My motivational sales training seminars teach just that - motivational training, motivational coaching training and business coaching that inspires salespeople to motivate themselves.

What topics are covered in your motivational sales training seminars?

Motivational sales training seminars should focus on practical topics – not just theory. For instance, my cold calling technique is among my most successful motivational training programs, teaching salespeople how to leave a message that gets a 75 percent response rate! That's the kind of practical information I also share in my motivational leadership training, business coaching, webinars, books and engagements as a public speaker.

When it comes to motivational training, the focus should be on four basic components:

  • Prospecting
  • Presentation
  • Product knowledge
  • Personal and professional development

So these are the topics covered in my motivational sales training seminars, as well as my motivational leadership training programs, webinars, books, and in my role as a public speaker.

I like to call my motivational sales training seminars "Guides for Success," a title that's lived up to its name for thousands of audiences who've completed this motivational training program. As a public speaker, it's so rewarding watching people respond to innovative, practical ideas, and I've made it a point of incorporating this information into my motivational leadership training, webinars and books as well.

As I mentioned, my cold calling motivational training is among the most successful of my programs. The key is anticipating every objection and redirecting the conversation back to benefits. All of that's covered in my motivational sales training seminars, as well as my motivational leadership training and business coaching.
